2.1. The App provides features for creating, managing, and exporting invoices, customers, and items, as well as importing data via CSV.
2.2. The App may fetch company data from public sources upon user request to assist with data entry.
3.1. The App does not require registration/accounts.
3.2. The App does not offer payments or in-app purchases.
4.1. Data entered by the user (company data, customers, invoices, items) is stored locally on the device.
4.2. The provider does not receive, store, or process this data on its servers.
4.3. Users are responsible for backing up their data.
5.1. When searching for company data, the App may send a request to external public sources (e.g., CompanyBook.bg, Bulgarian Trade Register).
5.2. The provider does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of data from these sources.
6.1. The App is provided "as is". The provider does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
6.2. The provider is not liable for data loss, lost profits, or damages arising from use of the App.
6.3. Users are responsible for correct data entry and compliance with applicable law (including tax law).
7.1. All rights to the App, its design, and content belong to the provider or its licensors.
7.2. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or sell the App without prior written consent.
8.1. Users may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
8.2. Upon uninstalling, locally stored data may be deleted.
9.1. The provider may update these Terms. The current version will be published in the App/website.
10.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria.
10.2. All disputes are subject to the competent Bulgarian court.
