The app processes locally on your device the data you enter for invoice creation, specifically:
Processing is carried out for the creation and management of invoices (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR).
The online company search / auto-completion is optional and disabled by default. It is performed only if you actively enable it. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time in the app settings.
Crash reporting (if enabled) is performed for error analysis and stability improvement (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR).
We only disclose your data to third parties within the scope of the applicable legal provisions or with your consent. Otherwise, data is not passed on to third parties, unless we are obliged to do so by mandatory legal provisions (disclosure to external bodies such as supervisory or law-enforcement authorities).
The online company search is optional and disabled by default. If you enable it, your search query (the company name or UIC you enter) is transmitted through our own backend, which forwards it to the registry services below in order to retrieve the company data:

The app is distributed via the Apple App Store. Apple processes usage data as an independent data controller. For more information, see Apple's Privacy Policy.
All invoice and customer data is stored locally on your device (and, if you enable it, in your own iCloud account). We as the provider do not store this data. The only data processed on our side is the optional online company search: if you enable it, your search query is transmitted to our backend to fetch company data from the Commercial Register. These server logs are stored for a maximum of 48 hours and then automatically deleted by a scheduled cleanup job. You can disable the search at any time in the app settings. All other data remains on your device until you delete it or uninstall the app.
We store data only for as long as it is required for the respective purpose. Invoice and customer data is not stored by us, so no retention period applies on our side. For the limited data we do process (temporary search logs, crash reports), data is routinely deleted once the purpose has been fulfilled, unless statutory retention obligations require longer storage. Where applicable, we may retain data for the duration of the statutory limitation periods in order to preserve evidence in legal disputes.
Data subjects have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, and objection.
